This is a photo that I took today (Feb 15 2013) of the tree that is now planted. I had expected it to be much sturdier looking, so I guess it has a lot of growing to do. On street level at least the green mesh round most of the area meant photos could not be taken, so I had to take it through a small unmeshed area which is why it was not from a better viewpoint.

Well that simply is pathetic isn't it?It just about sums up the ambitions of this inept Council. *Jewel in the crown*I hope a bird doesn't sit on it and snap it in half

Passing by the tree today (April 21 2013) I noticed that there seems to be no sign yet of any leaf buds. I wonder when it will come into leaf as it is already nearly into May. Perhaps it's dead!
