Dunno if this is relevant, but when I open my bookmarks menu there used to be a logo next to the Secret Leeds bookmark. For some reason the little logo has now disappeared which made me think the site was down again. I use Firefox browser, is it likely that this is just a glitch that I neednt worry about?

The little logo is known as a favicon. There's more about them over on Wikipedia at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Favicon . I'm guessing when we switched servers it reset something or the favicon didn't get copied across. As there are a few comps running for other photos and site logos, maybe we could have one for a new favicon? The basic one needs to be 16 x 16 pixels but the standard also supports ones that are 32, 48 and 64 pixels square.

I like the 'photo' with the cat in your post Phill today at 17:03:21. Typical of a cat that it is playing with a mouse. The cat seems to be thinking, so perhaps it's having a paws for thought moment.

Is the site slow for anyone else today? It's been slow to load for me since this afternoon, a few time outs and server hang up error messages, and also the dreaded Secret Leeds screen of death
