Jim, you're right.As a 20 year old after much beer, the Khagan Valley 'chicken repeater' seemed like a good idea.Not any more!

It was a fantastic revelation for me when I found that the term 'curry' didn't have to involve mouth burning slop. There's loads of fantastic dishes from sweet to sour, or both, without curry powder or chillies to be seen.

Yes, I seem to remember something like that in the YEP but I can't swear to it being the Kaghan Valley (as was). It would be an interesting extra challenge on the Otley Run these days (15 pints and a seagull curry)!

Ah! So was it a seagull repeater? If so, I've had plenty of them at the KV. I always wondered how they kept their prices down.
