Tried to edit the pic so it was closer but made an a.s.s of it. Still looks like a ram on close up pic on my puter. But I may have to bow to your superior knowledge Drapesy.Could be Northern Rock but didn't see big queues

Its not superior knowledge I've got honestly! All I'd say is if you look closely what look like 'Horns' aren't they're curls of the pretend 'parchment' plaque ( mirrored by similar ones at the bottom - and reversed ones at the sides)whilst what looks like a face is actually the top part of a circular floral garland in the centre of the plaque. Studying the picture in close-up also makes me believe the date is 1863 not 1865
