Dear all,New to this site so be nice to me! I would like to know any information on the building of Trust Headquarters at St James' Hospital please? I know that it used to be a Nurses Residences up until a few years back, I think the building is fascinating with lots of hidden gems. There is a little bit of information on the 'Workhouse in Leeds' website but not much. Any information or pictures?Copied from site: The building was extended in around 1878, with the addition of a further 139 beds. In 1892-4, an E-shaped nurse's home housing up to forty nurses was added at the west of the infirmary; it was heightened in 1903 and extended to the south-west in 1923-5.ThanksTony

Thank-you, I tried the link but that talks about Block 31 in front of Gledhow Wing. I am after information to do with Trust Headquarters at the back of Gledhow Wing. I have a feeling that because it was just a 'Nurses Home/Residences' that it was just a building that built and that was that but when your inside it is like stepping back in time with lots of features and I think overall it is a fascinating building inside and out with lots of stories attached to it! CheersTony
