I think it's been mentioned before, the best way to search this site is to go to Google and start your search with Secret Leeds followed by whatever you're looking for - for example Secret Leeds Trolleybus. It seems to work much better than the inbuilt search function on here....

I only joined SL in March and it's the first chat forum, (or whatever they're called), I've taken part in. Can you explain to me please, (or can anyone explain to me), how the SL threads end up on Google?Thanks.

Websites are optimised so that search engines can parse (analyse) them and then bring back results based on the website's algorithm so if you type secretleeds, this website is the most likely to come top, then couple it with other terms it will find that specific term in various pages within the website itself.
