The grim weather won't have helped, but I can't help but wonder about the lack of publicity for the event playing a part.The weather didn't seem to have stopped the street party in Skipton (as featured on Look North tonight)...The first I'd heard of the event in Millennium Square was a post on this very thread yesterday.Same old story - Leeds doesn't lead.
