I attended Leeds Central High School from 1954 to 1961. I would like to make contact with any other pupils who were there at the same time.RegardsTrevor Weaver

The Friends Reunited site, as Chrism suggested, is a really good avenue to explore. I've found people on there that I'd forgotten all about !JD

Many thanks guys for your suggestions. I have tried Friends United with no luck.I always thought my school mates were a brunch of introverts or perhaps they all joined MI6.RegardsTrevor

You might also find a lead or two on the Leodis site. Worth a try?I wouldn't bother with the MI6 site though.JD

If you know that any of them went on to college you could try the alumni sites at the college or university.
Is it me or has Leeds gone mad

Lots of people on Facebook. I was curious once re old school mates but after meeting a couple after a 30 year interlude I decided the past was better left in the past.....

Thanks guys and gals for your info.....after living as a "southern Jessie" for over 40 years it is great to get that warm northern feeling from your helpful replies. Something i have missed down south. It was the Leedis site that got me thinking whatever happened to my old school mates and particularly when I saw a photo of my old school.I do use facebook and have searched there. problem is that you get many people with the same name but the info about their past is often lacking and where there is a photo so you can judge the age I have no idea what people would look like now. It is 50 years since I left school and I haven't germinated very well over the intervening period.I didn't bother with the MI6 site knowing my former classmates, would probably be a better bet on HM Prisons site.RegardsTrevor Weaver

I found the girl that I had my first kiss with in the school p.e cupboard way back in 1978 on facebook. I though that was worth remembering lol
