Im going for Elland Road because the council already own all the land,and they were in cahoots with Ken a few years back about the redevelopent of the are,and low and behold Ken came up with the plans to redevelop the east stand with a shopping mall,and also a hotel.Shrewd move,you cant knock his business acumen,i only hope that any profits made from this venture are ploughed back into the club,rather than going to the owner of the stadium,which we ALL KNOW is not Leeds United or the fairly recently announced majority shareholder of the club,who happens to be the same chairman who worked for an unknown employer until he paid said unkown employer for the shares that gave him the majority shareholding.
