By chance looking at the YEP website I've just came across a report dated April 5 2012 concerning a clear-out of surplus costumes at a sale that was presumably held on April 7 to 9. I never knew of that sale which would seem to me to have been advertised very poorly by the Royal Armouries. I'm attaching no blame to the YEP as that clearly reported the event in time. I don't know if I would have been interested in some of the costumes but it would have been nice to have known that it was going to be held (I fancy a suit of armour!). For interest this is the link to the YEP website report:- http://tinyurl.com/bn2fk3g

LeoI was there !Shame I didn't have my camera:- Lady Guinevere stood outside with a Norman Bowman (not his name) having a fag.The only thing that caught my eye was a de-act Thompson SMG, surprisingly heavy for such a small bit of kit, £250.
