So, in a moment of blankness, I asked Mrs C to remind me where The Rising Sun was. As she left the room, I heard those quiet words, 'In the east'. Dooooh, well I suppose I asked for thatAnd no, don't see it on any of the internet property sites - maye it's a very new listing and not made it yet. Here's the picture that raveydavey mentioned [and posted a link for] way back on page 7 It came back to me and yes you did Liits, that's from the seacroft history site isn't it, lots of pics (and pics needed) there as I recall.

I see the Fellmonger on north Parkway is now boarded up. The Squinting Cat in Swarcliffe still has the shutters on and on another note I've heard The former Oddfellows (Rag, Rag and Louse) in Yeadon is being returned to its original use as two cottages.

The Drop in Guiseley has been "Dropped" The hoardings have been up for a while but just passed by and it's down. Flats are planned for the site.

The Woodman in Halton has got the 'To Let' signs up, or at least it did when I passed a couple of weeks back.
The older I get, the better I was.

There's nothing like keeping the past alive - it makes us relieved to reflect that any bad times have gone, and happy to relive all the joyful and fascinating experiences of our own and other folks' earlier days.

The Malt/Malt Shovel in Burley-in-Wharfedale is to be converted into flats. Meanwhile the'Drop' in Guiseley is being demolished.
there are 10 types of people in the world. Those that understand ternary, those that don't and those that think this a joke about the binary system.
