Just saw this, the first thing I thougt when I saw the picture was "it doesn't look like the canal". I was going to ask if it was an immitation somwwherw else the. I scrolled down and saw Phil"s post...You can tell it's not real because:The water is the wrong colour.The gates and stone look too new and clean somehow.The tree line behind would be accross the canal.Still very clever though, my have to try to have a look myself.

full shot also the place is worth a visit, it's what I'd call a new bit of RPark, and as Phill will have sussed it's entrance is just oppo the back car park of Roundhay Fox/ bell tower clock.

Is this not the Leeds City Councils entry at the Chelsea flower show in2010 or 2011 it looks like it to me? Sorry i did not open phills post its an age thing i must read every thing before i post Must go the men in white coats are at the door.

Would that be the weekly insurance money collection man, the daily milkman, the rent man, the evening newspaper man delivering to the door (yes that did use to happen!) or whoever else used to knock on a door regularly?
