No, it's new. John Baron mentioned that he was involved on the Beyond Guardian Leeds blog on Wednesday. It looks quite promising as the idea has been discussed in various places for the last year because of the much discussed quality of our 'official' local news services like the Evening Post and BBC Leeds.
