I'd say let's hope record keeping is better now - but that would spoil alot of the fun to come wouldn't it

I happened to spot this 'DD2010' inscription today on the pavement on The Headrow roughly around half way between New Briggate and Vicar Lane (thus at or near Primark). I must have walked over the inscription countless times previously and never spotted it! It will be the one that Leeds-lad mentioned in his post on 26 July 2011. I shall have to look out for at least that DD on Great George Street.

Leeds Mechanics Insitute? there was something on the pavement outside the new museum, is it that? There's some prose carved in the pavement at the junction of King Edward St and Briggate (Ithink) or thereabouts. Keep forgetting to stop for a proper look.

If so this thread may be of interest. http://www.secretleeds.co.uk/forum/Mess ... eadID=3322
