cookridge mystery?

This item I believe was a sighting of an anti-aircraft gun mounting from the second world war that protected RAF Yeadon and the Aircraft factory at Yeadon. It is nothing to do we Bramhope Tunnel.Incidently the second sighting tower was between Breary Lane and Leeds Road at Bramhope, this tower could see the other sighting tower and the north portal of the railway tunnel, the tower that is next to Moor Road could see the missing sighting tower and the south portal.John

Spookily I was looking at those photos of yours s'morning.Looks well scary. Just viewing your shots from the top of St Barts made my legs tingle (I don't do heights). Also claustrophobic tunnels and 'the spirit of dark & lonely water' your Queensbury Strines cutting.That clear green water looks inviting.....
