Working toher way round. Tommy Wass, Broadway, New Inn, Green Man, Junction, Silver Cross, Parkfield, Cricketers Arms, Jacobs Well, Old Red House, Old George, Red Lion. That's off "top of me head" without searching.I think there was one at the junction of Meadow Lane/ Dewsbury Road but it's name escapes me (triangular shaped ?) EDIT Could be Meadow Road/Dewsbury Road

EDIT Could be Meadow Road/Dewsbury Road Hi uncle mick good list i seen to remember a pub above the Red Lion same side called the Fox i could be wrong it was on a parade of shops one of which sold model steam engines and such, near the junction with Hunslet Road.I was too young to drink at that time but always used to look at the steam engines in the shop window.I could be wrong it could be one of the pubs you have listed ps i know the pub you mean it was on the other side of the road from Meadow Lane Gas Works. There was a gents public loo just outside this would have been the junction of Meadow Lane and Beeston Road.
No matter were i end my days im an Hunslet lad with Hunslet ways.

There is a pic of the loo in the same threadhttp://www.secretleeds.com/forum/Messages.aspx ... Message=25
