2reports in the YEP tonight refer to contacting WYP viatelephone no 101,this apparently replaces 0846 060606.First time that I had heard about it,don't think this is widely known. From their website :-How to contact West Yorkshire PoliceThere are several telephone numbers that you can use to contact West Yorkshire Police:    Dial 101 for any non-emergencies or to report a crime. 101 has replaced the 0845 non-emergency number.    Deaf, hard of hearing or speech impaired people can use textphone 18001 101    Always call 999 in an emergency where there is a danger to life, or a crime in progress    Contact your local Neighbourhood Policing Team to speak to a local officer about community issues.    Visit www.askthepolice.co.uk where you can find the answer to a wide range of frequently asked questions.
