Circular building near the Parlington estate

Hi Guys,I went up to Parlington today, we went up to see the Arch, on our way back we noticed a rather run down circular building (links below). I've been on the Parlington website and I can't seem to find anything about what it is. Anyone know anything about what it could have been?http://www.flickr.com/photos/ninanoonan ... eam/Cheers

The structure looks like it could be built from Caen stone, going by the extreme weathering. The original navvies monument in Otley was made from this soft limestone, and had to be re-built using something more resilient.
