There was an episode on ITV 3 recently in the middle of the night - it was the series finale when James Bolams other half stands for the council (possibly not "Affair" maybe a subsequent series). They went to see a council official and parked in the multi-storey car park on Woodhouse Lane whilst the officials offices were in the building where Revolution is now (Electric Press?), opposite the Leonardo Building.

The allotments were at Becketts Park, Headingley, where Big Al had his plot. Some of the football was shot on the playing fields opposite Abbey Grange School.

Loved the series. Got myself nicely positioned behind the yellow Viva van once when it was being towed down Stanningley Road for filming but never saw myself on the screen.Lived on the same street as the girl who played the babysitter in one series. (Connection?).For anyone who's interested they're now available on a DVD box set http://www.amazon.co.uk/Beiderbecke-Tri ... r=8-1think I might just order a copy.

My mum was a teacher at Foxwood when it was being filmed and you can see her green Ford Escourt estate in a few long shots. Very proud.
