With it being the Sweeney maybe they are going Retro to be "contemporary"

Can we get special pumps clips made up with black edging, or will we see "Last Leeds Tetley's on draught" advertised? However I do note that a lot of former Tetley's houses now serve a more interesting collection of ales. Local ones and even those from Masham it seems.Quite why we've not had the same sort of uproar as the "Newcastle Brown Ale" - brewed in Tadcaster. I mean it was bad enough for the Geordies when it moves south of the river (Gateshead!).What's next? Guinness closes Dublin brewery and moves it to Denmark?
I like work. I can watch it for hours.

I wonder what will happen to the Tetley's war memorial ? One of my great uncles is mentioned on itSomeone needs to take a lead on this, perhaps Leeds Civic Trust could help, we had a similar situation in Hull with the war memorial for workers at the Gas Board Bankside works due for demolition, we approached the local council and got it moved to the garden of remembrance at the local cemetery.
