The structures on the lights in City Square are new though and I still haven't worked out what use something thats 5 foot above a bus roof is?

On the news today, plans muted sometime ago seem to be coming to be - camera monitoring of buslanes with auto-ticketing of those who think their cars have become PSVs!Could account for some of the recent arrivals and will no doubt draw complaints from the very folk they are intended to catch - the one who think they are exempt from the rules and help extend tyke bhoys journey time home

Noticed on recent Fridays the police have had a video van with telescopic CCTV watching the skaters at the ice rink. Must be a hotbed of crime!

Oh so the normal idea of Police stopping people didn't work! And I do believe in the present Highway Code there was an anomaly that they forgot to put that you're not allowed to park in bus stops. This won't be enforceable until the next publication. Most of the congestion in bus lanes, is other buses. Infirmary Street is not a place to have a bus station and taxi thoroughfare. Does this mean that all bus lanes will go as permanent. The joke being sections on Woodhouse Lane are either permanent or between times, posted on the signs. Sounds as though the Labour lot still want to be Big Brother in Leeds. Thankfully I don't have to go into town too often. I see the words, "Failed enforcement costs LCC millions in returned illegal penalties." As one of those awful YEP headlines.

I looked up the Highway Code and confirmed. No restrictions on parking in a bus stop. Also look at what you can do in a bus lane.LCC would have better spent the CCTV money on filling in the potholes.http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/TravelAndTr ... de_parking
