When first installed, weren't they a kind of instant 'dry liner' to the arches to allow occupation by small bussineses?

Hi,As a previous poster said,they were indeed formerly a bar/nighclub.Called MPV opened in July 2001.Just googled it and a few of the reviews mention the pods being red not blue,so must have changed colour at some point!.Never went in there,but it did look posh inside,when it was lit up on a night.
