I'd be bitterly disappointed if my flight on Saturday morning was cancelled, or I was stranded, or the match at Elland Rd. on Saurday was cancelled and especially if I couldn't make it to the Vic !!PC Fingers - and everything else - crossed for you, P.C.And remember - Excelsior! Cross everything Chris.Good news is that Small Paul the weathermans has said Friday may be drier BUT colder, saturday snow/freezing rain 2 degrees. The East Coast web site collapsed today, due to demand.Luckily my other half, who also works at EC,gets last minute details of services and alterations. As it stands you can board a train up to 2 hours before your booked departure as thewre is an emergency timetable, leaving KX at 40 mins past the hour, and also 40 mins past the hour from Leeds. The emergency timetable was implemented for the whole week, but this has been amended as the day progresses. On average they are going at 80mph,and at this speed doors are still freezing to,unable to be opened.Im off for the rest of the week (back of the net!!!!) so will be able to keep up to any queries you have.as for PC Dublin, well i believe that LBA was opened today, and its not as if they dont have advance notice of the weather so lets hope.PS,i hope you are flying on Friday!!

Just to let people know that I am not planning to cancel saturday (mind you I already booked a room in Leeds for the night anyway).Forecast locally tonight was to clear up in the afternoon of saturday but a cold night so to quote the old joke "winter draws on"...
Steve JonesI don't know everything, I just like to give that impression!
