andrew has been talking to the archaeologist and he says there is no evidence of earlier medieval stones or timbers in what they have found, they are all contemporary to the early 18thc so no reuse from the hospital etc in the areanothing exciting come out either
we have been shortlisted in the http://www.leedsretailawards.com/ in the lingerie and local designer categories, so this year help us win and vote Ages Of Elegance www.thyroid-disease.org.ukwww.fabric-ation.co.uk

And finally one more taken today. It shows some thick old wooden presumably roof trusses and some thick old wooden presumably roof support beams. Oh, and an archaeologist who I hope does not mind being in the photo as he was busy and I did not want to disturb him so I did not ask his permission to be in the photo.I took other photos today but I thought it best not to show anymore in case it gets boring (which I hope I am not already doing).

More pics the better Leodian. It looks as if you've captured at least two original roof truses, the ones stood up with notes on your last pic. It's rather sad to see there isn't much else by the looks of it.

Well just one more! This view has something 'old' (what remains of buildings along with demolition rubble) and something 'new' (being two pay to park meters). The view shows things (or parts of things) that appeared in a period from around the early 1700s to the 2000s.
