Has anyone else seen the picture of the converted/adapted Canal Barge in this mornings 'Yorkshire Post'It's had a conning tower added, & has been altered to resemble a U-BoatPersonally, no being used to that particular part of Leeds, which section of the 'L&L' is the picture taken on?There doesn't appear to be a link to it on the 'YP' site yet, but it's on the 'Daily Mail'http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article ... ds-newsxml

It does in the 'Mail' link, but the picture in the 'YP' shows it in a more urbanised location (concrete to the side of the canal - like an old factory location??)

He's a Scouser... So he believes Chorley is near Leeds. LOLPerhaps he took his inspiration from a real U-Boat.Probably wouldn't be allowed through the tunnel anyway so stays where it belongs, Lancashire. We'll have a replica T-Class...http://www.u-boatstory.co.uk/
