Looking for Plan of Wortley 1821

I'm trying to locate a copy of a map called the "Plan of Wortley 1821" by Joseph Hepworth. It's referred to in the Thoresby publication "Wortley de Leeds" by William Benn published in the 1920's. Does anyone know a source for the plan? Thanks
