Hi Dogduke. Syrup of Squills?. From Wikipedia :-Scilla ( pronounced "squill ) - a genus of bulb-forming perennial herbs of the hyacinth family...........a preparation of powdered squill bulbs extracted in ethanol is an expectorant used in traditional cough medicines such as Gee's Linctus.

The morphine separated so you dropped a straw in and drank it up.Great find by the way Dogduke. 1987 seems so long ago when you read this. None of these fancy colour pictures i bet either.TV's were really expensive too. You can get a 22" flat panel tv with a DVD attached for about £180 now.
Ravioli, ravioli followed by ravioli. I happen to like ravioli.
