Leeds Civic Hall Fountain.

When I called today(see Slomans soap thread)to see Mi Mam,She also gave me a photo of a fountain in front ofthe Civic Hall.Looking on Leodis there is no similar photo which includes the fountain but mention is made on one photo ofth Coronation Fountain,opened in 1953 and demolished the following yearAnyone remember it ?You will be aware of my problems poring photos but will persevere.

Yes Si he is - I'm not an expert on the sport or the riders but I do know, from TV interviews etc., that he is a modest, unassuming, humorous and very likeable chap.
There's nothing like keeping the past alive - it makes us relieved to reflect that any bad times have gone, and happy to relive all the joyful and fascinating experiences of our own and other folks' earlier days.

There you go, Dogduke. Looks good, but does have a 'temporary' feel to it.PS: Blakey - looks like Rossi is out for the rest of the season. This weekend, he went over the 'bars during practice for the Italian GP at 100mph+ and broke his leg. Oh dear! Looks like he'll have to wait til 2011 for his 10th world championship!
