Aye the Armley Branch is poo hot, but doesn't do the entire Wilsons range. I'd love to see quality pies like those in ANY of the supermarkets!!!

Pudsey/Stanningley.It's called Growlers! My Grandson says they sell the best pork pies he's ever tasted! He's only 8 though so he wont have eaten many! Bless 'im! They are nice though! I would definitely recommend them to the house!

Will have to visit there when next passing. Cheers. Don't eat them often, but do appreciate a good quality pie.

Wilsons is without a doubt a good butchers, and it's certainly the best one near to where I live. The free range chickens they had on offer recently were great value and tasted excellent. However now we have the dog we've started getting out for long walks on a weekend and often call in on Otley on the way back, so stop at Weegmans for a pork pie (great for tea with proper mushy peas and mint sauce!) and have started getting our bacon for Sunday breakfast, the Sunday roast and mince for a spag bol or cottage pie on Monday from there. As you say, like most high quality butchers it isn't the cheapest but the quality is well worth a pound or two extra. Thanks for the tips with regards to the butchers in the market

Given they're planning on opening in March (I think, can't remember exactly) they'll be rushing through all the design process.
