I also recommend using the free Spybot Serch & Destroy program with it's Teatimer option switched on. This is not only a better detector than most commercial programs,but also warns if values are attempting to be changed ,and alows you to block it.I have used it for years and you can find it on most free download sites.

FIREFOX ALL THE WAY!!!once you have used it and noticed the speed difference you will never go back.Mind you uploading pictures to this site from firefox is a big no no for some reason??? Ive tried google chrome and it seems OK but i soon went back to firefox
