Recent thread to do with pictures of Leeds 1956 etc

I cannot seem to raise this thread in which the sub ject ofone picture taken of children in Burley Rd School yard andlooking across toward Kirkstall Rd St Simon's church.There was a lone building which it was guessed,was a Public house.I think the name of it was 'The Somerby Arms' as it was on a cornerof Somerby Street and Meynell Street.I asked one of my neighbours who lived on th 'Middle Road'pre war. He is 86 so I'm inclined to be in agreement with him!l
