Check up on Wetherspoons pubs - they do good breakfasts, but I'm not sure about the opening hours on Sundays. There is one in Park Row (Beckets Bank), another in Merrion Way (Stick or Twist) a new one next to the Civic Hall (Cuthbert Broderick) and another in the railway station. In the old Leeds Permanent on The Headrow is "Brown's Hotel - I think that may be pricey. I can recommend either the Cuthbert Broderick or Becketts Bank for breakfast. I prefer the Cuthbert though as you can see outside and watch the world pass by in Millenium Square.

You can get breakfast at the Palace.
