I was taken to this Masonic Hall (the one by the cathedral) when I was little to meet Father Christmas (I got an Airfix HMS Ajax!) The top floor was one large room with stars and other symbols painted on the vaulted ceiling. I wonder if it's still there?

I did a couple of Psychic fairs as a Tarot reader at the George Street Masonic Hall back in the 1980's. They hired out the meeting rooms.We were allowed to peep at the lodge itself by the caretaker.I never saw Father Christmas though!anyway I bet he wasn't the real Father Christmas, just someone dressed ready for one of the masonic side orders<G>.

Not only was it the juvenile courts, it was also used during the poll tax debacle to deal with the myriad refuseniks but the Leeds judicial system still ended up clogged up.

here i am again in the 50s it was the juvenille courts and also maintainance court or c...k rent court what it was before then im not sure
