What am I doing wrong Looks like you are overwriting or deleting the end tag of the quote. "quote" after "[/" and before"]" ends the quote and [quotenick="whogamacallit"] starts it. Everything in between should be in the box whogamacallit wrote: like this

i had the misfortune to be a resident there for a while in 1991, and later in 2002. The photos were taken in 2004, about a year after it's closure, but before before the developers started work.Excellent stuff Jane, I have been busy snapping away at the place for the last few months. I created a full web site detailing just about all of it including staff and patient recollections www.highroydshospital.co.ukDo you have any pictures of the now demolished buildings to the front of admin. here is something sent to me today, a plan of the mortuary conversion. who would live in a place like this..

A bit of useless info. The word Bedlam is said to have originated from a hospital for the insane, or lunatic asylum, as they were pleasantly called. It started at a london hospital called 'Bethlam' with the name changing to Bedlam in 1400's.Hence bedlam meaning chaotic etc

The "Bedlam" / Bethlam hospital is no the Imperial War museum [which is Bedlam in its own right].
