I am still trying to trace some of the history of my car which was Leeds born and bred from WASS on Hunslet Road.
I have posted in the Wallace Arnold thread and had a couple of leads, but I was told last night that my car may actually have been at a Motor Show at the Queen's Hall in the late 60s.
Possibly late 1968.
It will have been on the main Vauxhall stand as, at the time, it was fairly unique in that it was one of Wallace Arnolds (WASS) first Crayford Viva HB GTs.
Obviously a lot of water has passed under the bridge since then, but I'm hoping that someone maybe went to the show and remembers the stand and maybe even took a photo or two.
You just never know
At the same show, apparently, was Lady Penelopes pink Rolls Royce if that possibly jogs an old memory
Many thanks for reading and hopefully someone may just have that memory.
