Was it 'Stay Lucky' that starred Dennis Waterman and the lovely Emma Wray.

Thanks for the reply but I don't think so '. I think the cast were local people and some scenes set in the pub in cottingley.

Do you mean, "Tina goes shopping?" There were scenes shot inside the Sphinx as it was then known as. Most of the film was shot in Halton Moor and South Leeds with a few professional actors along with many local characters basically playing themselves or people they knew.

I think the Dennis Waterman one was in Moortown, with the house on the main Harrogate road on the right

Wasn't much of Stay Lucky filmed around a canal (obviously not Moortown ;) ) and a shop that appeared in it was on Beeston Hill just below Lodge Lane. Suffice is to say it was in and arround Leeds,

I did a bit of research regarding this particular shop, you can find it on Leodis here.

I don't remember that shop being used.
The filming I saw was at the one just below Lodge Lane mentioned by tyke bhoy and shown on google street as furthest left(in fairly recent times is now two shops knocked into one but at the time of filming I'm positive was just one) not the central one of the premises as per your link, and one of the interior scenes looking out of the top most windows will I think bear that out.
Comparisons of the upper window surrounds as per google street and leodis will help identify the shops I'm referring to

I'm almost sure it was in episode one but I cannot seem to find a video on-line to double check against.

(I have made an edit to remove an incorrect reference to the premises being on the Tempest/Beeston Rd junction.)
