I suppose its possible it was "old bank house" and therefore was at some stage a bank but the name seems to be recently highlighted by Yorkshire Repairs who only seem to have been operating out of the premises for 5-6years. Previously operating out of the premises were Mathers as street furniture installer https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@53.80526 ... 6656?hl=en

Fro the 1908 Directory it was London City & Midland Bank. The street numbering is different, but it's nice having a pub next door to help get your bearings
