New building in Colton near Pizza Hut

Does anyone know what is been built next to the Pizza Hut in Colton?

I've heard it is to be a Subway branch (just to go with McDs, KFC, Pizza Hut and the pub restaurant). Bit of a shame they are using the parking area for the doctors there.

I've heard the same. Parking on that site was inadequate before so it remains to be seen how they will cope now...
