I have come across information relating to organised visits in May during a ‘Yorkshire Geology Month May – June 2014’ that has visits to some Leeds areas that may be of interest, namely the Roundhay Park Geology Trail, Hetchell Wood, and Thorp Arch/Boston Spa. This is the link to the Yorkshire Geological Society webpage that has the full information about the visits and others that are not Leeds based:- http://www.yorksgeolsoc.org.uk/YGM%2020 ... 0Draft.pdf
