I thought I would do one now as I have never in the past. What is this recently refurbished building that this graces the top of, and where is it?

A stab in the dark but i'll have a go with the Grand theater in Leeds!

Hang on a minute.. Your a Roundhay lad... I'm not sure about this but have thay renovated the outside of the mansion in the park yet? I'll give that one a go!.

Not Roundhay, it is in town, but not in the commercial shopping area (no inference on the word commercaial there, it's not a cryptic clue!)

Ok.. there's been a place opposite the Duncan on Boar lane shrouded in scafold for a while... I'm not sure if it still is but guess no 3 is with that one...

MMM. tough one this.... I think maybe a bit more of the pic or clue is in order as everyone seems stumped.. Ok then financial.... There's several of these turreted type buildings ex banks around the precincts, Lands lane, commercial street e.t.c.. Any warmer yet?

Another guess but i can't see the financial aspect, The ex G.P.O post office on city square? recently refurbed.
