The starring line up are... animated characters from Sir Walter Scott's Ivanhoe. Left to right Robin Hood, Friar tuck, Richard the Lionheart and Gurth the Swineherd. With mythical crerature the fabulous dragon of Wantley

Sorry mispelt by me. Its the dragon of Wantley..The clock is from Walter Scotts 'Ivanhoe' a story full of mythical creatures. The dragon is mentioned in the first chapter although they wrote stuff a bit funny in those days i'll see if i can dig it out..

Looking at the pic of the Duchess of Devonshire i still think it looks like a bowl of fruit on her head.. Thats what i thought it was when i was a lad... Can anyone else see the bunch of banana's & black grapes or is it just me?
