It's the walkway onto the new footbridge across the aire. It is on the canal side just after you come under the rail bridge.

Bloody hell..... I thought it might last a bit longer than 1 post Aye, making a real good job as well, using parts of the old wall to build the new bits. It looks as though there's going to be a significant path to it aswell, going on the disturbed land!
