I'm not sure if this one is going to be really easy, or pretty hard.Here goes anyway. Somewhere in Leeds is a retaining wall with a nice piece of well tended grass on top. The puzzle is the usual guess where, but more importantly for bonus points - what is it?

Is it something to do with the heating system of this place, as in the opposite of making it hot?

It's the retaining wall and grassed area just behind the (generator/electric/power?) small building Lee. Sorry the detail isn't too good.
