Name the road, bonus point for approx. current streetview. Now a leafy suburb, all still similar, and distinctive corner stones on houses to right visible.

Spot on Kango.Always intrigued to know - how did you come to it?I was surprised when I came across it, as it was so sparse/new/treeless. The hill incline gave a clue as did main road at top, but go on how?The site had some good R'hay park stuffhttp://www.historic-images.co.uk/yorkshire/roundhay

I have to confess Jogon, it was an area very well known to me when I was a a callow Youth and much besotted by a young lady who lived nearby.I was unsure at first, what with the present day foliage blocking the view, but the terraced houses on the left more or less clinched it.As for the young lady, the chocolates I bought Her lasted longer than the romance!Kango.
