Where was this eye catching 'striking' artwork window display taken (striking - clocks, clever eh ). I took the photo on March 10th 2013 in the central area of Leeds and on passing by today (March 24th) I was surprised that the display is still there so I thought I would put it in a W&W thread. 'The Old Clock Shop' is the name of the artwork, not the name of the business. I have no connection with the business and just enjoyed this nice display.

A rainbow is a ribbon that Nature puts on when she washes her hair.

Is it Nation of Shopkeepers?

Yes it is at the Nation of Shopkeepers. This photo shows the location and also that the art display is by Henrietta Swift. The 'clocks' bring to mind the poem of which part is:-"What is this life if, full of care, We have no time to stand and stare. No time to stand beneath the boughs. And stare as long as sheep or cows". Mind you it's been many a year since I last saw cows in the centre of Leeds (sometimes running loose near the old abattoir at the market).

Oh dear, the old grey matter is failing by the hour - I've only walked past this within the last couple of days, possibly last Thursday, and I can't remember where it is !!The memory of those poor animals within yards of the Abattoir still haunts me - I was once told by someone who knew about these things that the beasts has "sensed" their imminent doom. What a dreadful public medieaval way to end an honourable life eh ??
There's nothing like keeping the past alive - it makes us relieved to reflect that any bad times have gone, and happy to relive all the joyful and fascinating experiences of our own and other folks' earlier days.
