If where I think it is is correct then the site is centrally placed for visiting Leeds. It is the interesting looking tower to the right that helped me think my train of thought is correct. if I'm wrong!Edit just after posting. In view of Johnny39's cryptic clue I really must type faster!

And many chimney's there (then).I wonder what was done at the long building running from the left to much of the right?

Its the building of the new Queens Hotel. Built 1937.It is an elegant Art Deco Grade II listed building. It was constructed in 1937 by architects W.Curtis Green and W.H. Hamlyn for the London, Midland and Scottish Railway (LMS). It is a four star hotel and it has a total of 217 rooms.
