It looks like part of Eccup Reservoir to me with Eccup and/or Bank House Farm to the right. The buildings at the bottom are interesting though because if the location is where I think it is then they are not there now if I recall correctly.

The plane is a Avro 504 K. The photo was taken on 2cnd Sept 1928 and Eccup reservoir is in the bottom RH corner. Do I win a make up mirror ??
