Where is this worn sign?

I took this photo on Feb 15 2013 of this weathered sign in the centre of Leeds, but where? The worn wording can probably be easily worked out but that will only help to identify what the building it is on is/was used as. Cryptic clues please from those who know it easily!

Using Phill's cryptic clue you probably have guessed by now where the photo was taken, unless you do not know the lyrics to 'Proud Mary' which includes:-"Big wheel keep on turning Proud mary keep on burning And we're rolling, rolling Rolling on the river".The photo was taken yesterday close by the Big Wheel attraction that started today. The sign is on this building at the junction of Harewood Street and Union Street in this photo that I also took yesterday. In the wording on the white plate on the doors it states 'Ebenezer Street 330' which is presumably the location name for this building, which seems to be, or was, an electricity substation. Above the doors there is a nice LCED sign in stone, which may stand for Leeds Corporation Electricity Department. On the worn sign it seems to state Yorkshire Electricity Board.Ebenezer Street was a short street, off Harewood Street, between Union Street and Back George Street/George Street. If anything remains of Ebenezer Street it is now under the car park.

They've cut the tree down since this street view shot was taken Leohttp://goo.gl/maps/BXM4WI guess they recycled it for the Dortmund Square twig Here's another old substation sign to be spotted elsewhere around Leeds. Just look how short the old phone number is.

Wow, just for a moment there Phill I thought the Dortmund Square tree had already been cut down. Mind you, it would not take much pushing to do it nor what damage drunks relieving themselves may do!I like the old short phone numbers. It's great fun in old films when someone rings up the exchange and asks to be put through to such as say Bill at the greengrocers or Betty at the bread shop, as there were so few numbers and short that the local telephone lady (it always seemed to be a lady) knew them all. This photo shows a close-up of the nice LCED sign.
