I'd say nearer to Cookridge Street than the Lewis's building, because of the gradient and archway being built (can't decide whether it's the entrance to what became Headrow Stores or the archway leading to Upper Fountaine Street).

Looks like old Leeds Permenant building on the Headrow.
Is it me or has Leeds gone mad

Nice one Jogon. I had thought it looked as if it could be Lewis's but your 'slots' threw me as I thought that must be a clue that there was an amusement centre very close by and as I thought there wasn't one I decided it was not Lewis's.
