Where is this building?

It was the gulls (?) that caught my eye so I looked and saw the 1836 date on this building in LS1. I took the photo on October 30 2012. So where is the building? As far as I'm aware this has not been used in a previous What & Where but I apologise if it has. The gulls have no relevance (certainly none that I know of).

I'm sure you have all been waiting with great anticipation as to where the building is! This photo shows the building is next to the River Aire (in the Sovereign Quay development ?) about opposite the ASDA headquarters. I doubt that the 1836 date would make it the oldest building in Leeds but I would guess it is one of the oldest.
